Mentor Commitment and Session Guidelines

Mentors commit to three one-hour sessions with their mentees, supporting them in confidently navigating their career journey in Canada.

 Mentor Guidelines: 

• Encourage Dialogue: Foster open discussions, allowing mentees to ask questions and share concerns in every session.

• Personalize Advice: Provide guidance based on the mentee’s background and career goals.

• Follow Up: Share relevant resources or connections after each session to reinforce the mentee’s progress.
