About the Event
Historic Barrie Farmers' Market
Historic Barrie Farmers' Market is highly accessible via local transit and completely free to explore. It serves as a weekly community hub to pick up fresh local produce and grab affordable, handmade Canadian baked goods.
The Barrie Farmers’ Market is one of Ontario’s oldest continually operating markets, proudly serving the community for 180 years. Located at Barrie City Hall, the market runs year round, connecting residents and visitors with local farmers, food producers, artisans, and small businesses from across the region.
Join us every Saturday to shop fresh seasonal produce, farm raised meats, baked goods, handcrafted items, specialty foods, and more. The Barrie Farmers’ Market is more than a place to shop, it is a vibrant community gathering space where you can meet the makers, support local, and experience the best of what our region has to offer.
