JROC

Join a group of young adults at Bayfront Park for an evening of JROC - a European game brought over to Canada over a decade ago that combines the sports of Handball, Soccer, and Ultimate Frisbee.

How to find the JROC crew

• Once parked, walk up the paved path straight, until the path begins its loop either left or right. Instead of continuing on the paved path, continue walking straight on to the grass.

• Continue walking straight until you see a group of three trees and a couple picnic tables. There is usually a group of young adults gathered there. You will notice to the right of the tables they have set up the game on the open field using 8 low lying pylons.
