Kitchener-Waterloo: 21 Dec, Winter Solstice Walk

Winter Solstice Walk — Eastside Branch, Kitchener-Waterloo · Free

Celebrate the Winter Solstice with a morning of connection, reflection, and togetherness. We'll gather to share songs and a story before taking a gentle walk along the trails at Critter Creek, bringing a little light to the longest night of the year.

For families with children of all ages and their caregiver. Please register each child attending separately.

This program will take place outside. We will be on trails with little-to-no winter maintenance, so strollers and wheelchairs are not advised.

In the case of inclement weather (e.g. severe snowstorm) we will relocate to the Program Room.

Accessibility Accommodations: We strive to make our programs welcoming and accessible for everyone. If you have any accessibility needs, accommodation requests, or questions about participating, please contact us at wplprogramming@wpl.ca and we'll do our best to support you.
